Hosting a Booth

Booths are a great way to reach out, connect and find prospects. They may be at farmer’s markets, or sporting events, trade show or health fair or a number of other events. Booths take more planning and set-up than a home meeting, so here are suggestions to help you from those who have experience.

Booth Response Forms

Here are some choices of forms you MAY wish to use at your booth.

Offering a raffle prize is a great way to gather contact info. Two choices of raffle tickets are given. Use the one you prefer – but remember to make your own personal notes on the back after the guest has left to trigger your memory of their situation or interest.

Some people may not wish to enter the raffle – or perhaps you are not offering a prize. A Health Event / Follow Up Form is given for those situations. Or a simple sign-in sheet may be your preference. Again, if you have conversation, don’t forget to make notes on the back of the page as a memory jogger.

90 Day Blitz

The following documents relate to how a blitz works.

  • For basic teaching use the Blitz Intro – blanks for those learning, Blitz Intro – filled for instructor.
  • The How-To Info is a 3-page document giving more instruction, and to have for review after the initial introduction.
  • The poster can be used as a visual reminder of your commitment. You may wish to send a photo of your completed commitment to your upline so they will know you are particpating and can encourage you during the blitz.

     

  • Sample Packs (Trial Packs)

    New as of April 2022! These are create-your-own Sample Packs that you sell to new folks who want to try the products before committing to signing up. These will be for RETAIL CUSTOMERS ONLY. Although the Distributor Cost is shown along with the Retail Cost on the price sheet, it is recommended that you sell at Retail Cost. When they actually sign up, they will then get a discounted price!

    Make this look professional with a nice mailing box. The ideal size box is 9″x6.5″x2″. A professional-looking box can be purchased from Amazon (see link below) or just search for “mailing box 9×6.5×2” for other options; this one is black but various colors are available. The mailing label can go right on the box and can even be placed to seal the box shut!

    A Sample Pack Insert* should be put into the box; it gives ingredient information for each product. In order to match the Insert (and make the indicated 24 PV), this is what needs to be in the box:

    • 7 NeoLifeShake packets (some of each flavor)
    • 7 Pro Vitality packets
    • 2 NeoLifeTea sticks
    • 1 NeoLifeBar
    • 1 Sample Insert Page*

    The person will pay you directly, NOT NeoLife, as you are supplying the product from your own stock!
